Element is fortunate to have worked with Italtile for a number of years, in 2015 they tasked us with a new site with a slightly different feel to it, but best practice with regards to keeping investors up-to-date with company information.
Italtile Limited is South Africa’s leading retailer of imported and local ceramic and porcelain tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories and other related products.
The Group operates as a franchisor, featuring a streamlined parent operation focused on growing market share and fostering entrepreneurial opportunities through its franchise programme.
During the initial phase of the project we reviewed all content on the old site, using this as a starting point we fleshed out a new agile direction and wireframed the site.
Analytics and information from the franchises informed us that a large amount of traffic found its way from the corporate site to the brand sites, this was kept in mind when planning the operations section. Care has been taken to make all links to the brand sites clear throughout the corporate site.
For the investor relations audience, access to financial data is crucial - financial presentations and reports, board member information, as well as regulatory announcements and stock charting are all easily found through clear, simple navigation.
